2010 San Dimas Stage Race Picture Gallery
The 11th Annual San Dimas Stage Race - March 19, 20, & 21, 2010
The San Dimas Stage Race (SDSR) is a premier race which attracts top flight riders
in all categories from all around the U.S. as well as internationally. The race is hosted
by the Southern California Velo (SC Velo) cycling club. We have posted picture galleries
of the SC Velo riders who participated in this year's race. They are organized by stages.

The race consisted of three exciting stages in three great venues:
* A challenging Time Trial up Glendora Mountain Road (GMR) on March 19th,
sponsored by Glendora Chevrolet.
* A classic Road Race around Bonelli Park on March 20th,
sponsored by San Dimas Community Hospital.
* A fast Criterium around downtown San Dimas on March 21st,
sponsored by Incycle bike stores and Cannondale bikes.
On Sunday, there was also a special Kids' Race, sponsored by Shimano, which was held at 12:30 pm.
Kids of all ages raced along Bonita, with the older kids making one complete circuit of the Criterium

Over 850 riders competed this year with many world class professional teams and riders in
that number, as well as many talented amatuer riders in the Cat 2,3,4,5, and Masters races.
Annette and I had gone to the SDSR for the past 2 years and shot and posted many pictures of
it here ( 2008 & 2009 ). This year we were invited to join the SDSR organizing committee as
Media Coordinators, so we got to see and participate in the inner wrokings of the organzing
and running of the race. We had a great time working with a great group of people that put
on a professionally run event. We are looking forward to an encore for 2011.
We took a bit over 5,000 pictures during the three days, including 370+ aerial pictures that
Annette took from a L.A. County Fire Dept. Helicopter. Many thanks to Chris Mckenzie of the

This is a very rough first version of our 2010 SDSR picture gallery.
